When will I receive my order?

Most products on our website ship on the same business day when your order is placed before 3:30 PM CST Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Fridays or on weekends will ship on the next business day. We deliver to most US zip codes within 1-3 business days via our ground service.

How much is shipping?

During our current sale event, any order over $149 includes free ground shipping. Orders under $149 ship for a flat rate of $7.95 for ground service. Expedited shipping may be available. Please contact us for expedited shipping options.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is prepped for shipping in our warehouse we will send you a tracking number via e-mail. If you have not yet received a tracking # for an order that was placed or having questions regarding your order status please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you.

Do you ship to Canada?

No. Due to manufacturer’s policies (both AutoPilot Pool Pilot & AquaCal) dealers based in the US are not allowed to ship orders to Canada.

Why can’t I find the item I am looking for on your website?

We specialize in products manufactured by AutoPilot Pool Pilot and AquaCal. We are the experts in our field. As such we do not sell other brands or types of swimming pool equipment such as pumps, filters or automatic vacuums. If you are looking for a product by either AutoPilot Pool Pilot or AquaCal and do not see on our website please contact us as we sell their complete product lines however a few items are not shown on our online catalog.

What payments methods do you accept?

By phone, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. On our secure website, we also accept PayPal in addition to Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Net 15 or 30 terms may be available to select customers, please contact us for details.
